DOSAGE:

LK 1001 Typically, a dose of 2 to 3 Feedwater quantity, however exact dosage will depend on the characteristics feedwater quality and operating conditions. It is suggested to run LK 1001HP dosageselection software on regular basis for optimized dosage of chemicals.

FEEDING:

Suggested to be dosed as neat product or diluted with permeate water based on the feed water

quantity continuous basis using metering dosing pump.

MATERIALS COMPATIBILITY:

LK 1001 is compatible with vinyl,polyethylene, PVC, Hypalon, Viton, polypropylene, HDCL and BPDM, Brass,steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, neoprene, Buna-N and polyurethane.

MATERIALS TO AVOID:

Neat LK 1001 form should not be allowed to come into contact with metals, organic materials or strong oxidizing agents.

Handling

LK 1001 is a strongly acidic product and can cause severe eye injury and skin burns.Wear rubber gauntlet gloves,goggles, face shield, impervious apron when handling. Do not get in eyes, onskin, or on clothing. Do not take internally.

STORAGE:

LK 1001HP is recommended in-plant storage to be in cold and shaded place for twelve months- 12 months. Material Safety Data Sheet will give complete handling information before using this product.If grossly overfed, this product is toxic to fish. Do not discharge into lakes,streams, waterways, ponds or public waters unless in accordance with a Pollution board permit. Always follow the label and MSDS when handling.
